I’m a psychologist, female mentor and sound ceremonialist.
Above all, I see myself as a gardener of the heart and soul.
A holistic practitioner with a deep intention to live this life in a
soulful way. I integrate and weave together psychology, spirituality, sacred sounds and body-based practices.
Perspectives I believe our modern world is in great need of.
I'm here to explore and support people in knowing and embodying what it means to live as a deeply loving and truly empowered being.
I love creating and being part of fields where lost values and qualities such as sacredness, dignity and pure aliveness are honored and tended to, where balance and beauty are restored.
I am dedicated to serving the reawakening of the feminine principles-in the deepest and most joyful way I can. To live and share this path of power, wisdom, love and grace.
When working with me, you will receive my wholehearted support, inspiration, practices and reflections. I am here for the embodied awakening process that liberates us and help us remember our soul’s essence and purpose-so we can contribute to the evolution of humanity, experience more meaning and enjoy this very moment.
