The common thread in the approaches I use is that they are experiential, grounded in awareness and centered on exploring what is seeking your attention and recognition - what is wanting to emerge for your self-actualization and maturation.
We do this by attuning to emotions, needs, values, bodily responses, and the innate intelligence that guides us toward greater freedom and connection, as we learn to listen and honor ourselves more deeply.
Sessions may include guided exercises and valuable perspectives that you can bring into your everyday life.
