As your guide, I support you in reaching and connecting with the deepest parts of yourself. With care and honesty, we work with any parts of you that are still operating from past experiences and survival strategies, so they can release their tiring roles and burdens. Together, we help these parts trust your Self/Soul’s capacity and empower you to live your most embodied soulful life.

In this work, we don’t stay on the surface. We move into the body, the truth, the patterns, the energy beneath it all.
Investment :
After an initial session, we’ll decide if we’re a good fit and want to continue working together.
If so, the package includes 7 sessions, with the option to add additional sessions afterward.
130 euro/session 60 min,
Sessions are held online or at my practice in Malmö, Kalendegatan 25.
