Integration Therapy and Consultation 

For those of you going through shifts in consciousness and changes in how you experience yourself, life, and what truly matters—perhaps elicited by psychedelic experiences, spiritual practices, or spontaneous awakenings. I am here to support you in making meaning of your experiences, grounding your insights, and integrating them into your life. These kinds of inner shifts often need to be met with care and spaciousness. You may feel alone or have a strong need to reflect with someone who has gone through something similar. I have years of personal experience with non-ordinary states of consciousness, have trained in this field, and work as an assistant at retreats in the Netherlands through the company Nysnö.
