I find that the path of transformation and soul-actualization is an intriguing blend and dance between intention and surrender.
Between will and dedication, and the soft yielding to life-the unknown, the wildness, and all that lies beyond our control.
I’ve been immersed in the field of human transformation and therapeutic work for many years, working with adults, children, couples, families and groups.
I’ve studied, explored and been humbled by the complexity and beauty of the human experience in a variety of ways.
I know deeply how vital it is to have support and kindred spirits around us as we move through life’s initiations and challanges.
And I know how much more can open up for us, how our consciousness can expand and how rich life can become when we choose to engage with life and our own bodymind system more fully.
I love creating and being part of fields where lost values and qualities, such as sacredness, deep presence and attunement, dignity and pure aliveness are honored and tended to, where balance and beauty are restored.
I am dedicated to serving the reawakening of the feminine principles-in the deepest and most joyful way I can. To live and share this path of embodied wisdom, love and grace.
