Birds
How often do you recognize that you are standing on holy ground?
How often do you give thanks and bow?
Look into the sky a fresh autumn day. As birds passes by in stunningly orchestrated ways.
Imagine. You in the center. The temporary leader.
To the left and to the right. Your dear sisters and your brothers.
Behind. Your grandparents and all the elders. All those who came before you. Because of them you are blessed to be here now.
Sailing freely. Not yet sure what will come. To which exact destination you are bound. But it is enough. All is well. As long as you have some pointers, they will guide you on your way.
Know what you really care for. What is worth flying for.
For me it is love. And to love more.

Letting Love Through
How much more could she let go?
Soften once again and see what comes.
Soften back and widen
hundreds of times if needed,
so that love can move through,
as it came here to do.
Life as a priestess,
for the highest —
not always the most convenient.
But I would not have it any different.

So many of us have lost our true voice and the range of human expression.
Living in a highly compromised and constricted way, with the consequence of being disconnected from our life force energy and the intelligence of our bodies and emotions.
Numb, stressed, and confused.
Know that there is a way back — to living a full, sensuous, spiritual, and soulful existence.

Sacred Moments
I saw them sitting there.
The nurse and my beloved son.
In a reciprocal dance of life.
Her care streaming towards him,
he receiving it openly.
And I silently cried.
The holy cracking of my sensitive heart,
that I oh so love.
I would prefer dying like this.
While watching and feeling sacred moments like these.
Watching love do its thing.
